OVER 70 YEARS OF DEDICATION

The year was 1952
That's where it started
Nith Valley Construction, proudly based in New Hamburg, has been serving Southwestern Ontario since 1952.
What began as a small residential masonry contractor has grown into one of the region's trusted general contractors, built on a foundation of quality craftsmanship, integrity, and lasting relationships.
Following its reorganization in 1979, Nith Valley Construction was established as it is known today, expanding its expertise into general contracting across the industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) sectors. This marked the beginning of a new chapter of growth, allowing the company to take on increasingly complex and diverse construction projects.

Over the decades, NVC has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional results while fostering long-term partnerships with clients, consultants, and trades. Guided by strong family values and a commitment to excellence, the company has successfully completed a wide range of commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-unit residential projects throughout Southwestern Ontario.

In 2025, Nith Valley Construction entered its next chapter when Bob Zehr formed a partnership with Eric Zehr and Mitch Kalbfleisch. Together, they continue to build on the company's proud legacy, combining decades of experience with a forward-thinking approach focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering lasting value for clients.
While the industry continues to evolve, NVC remains committed to the principles that have defined the company for more than 70 years: quality, integrity, and building relationships that stand the test of time.

Wesley Community Homes Inc.
We found the principals and staff of Nith Valley Construction to be professional and organized meeting every target of the work schedule, and most important since this construction was taking place within an occupied building, they were very respectful to our residents and staff ensuring all precautions were in place for the health and safety of all involved. Nith Valley left us with a beautiful and functional space allowing us to continue our mandate of housing the most vulnerable in our community
